Each Chamber Member is encouraged to participate in one or more committees of interest to that member. While Committee participation definitely enhances your Chamber experience, it is not a requirement of membership

Membership Committee

This committee meets on a regular basis to continue the growth of our chamber membership. Increase membership to the Chamber and retain current members. Promote the Chamber to the community and welcome new businesses to our community. Committee Chairs: Sandi Hanson

Chamber Education Committee/Foundation

The mission of the Yelm Community Education Foundation is to enhance and enrich educational programs of the Yelm Community.  The Foundation funds shall be used to assist students and staff in accord with the goals and objectives established by the Yelm Community Education Foundation.  The Foundation is an independent, broad-based nonprofit community organization.  The foundation shall exist exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the applicable state and federal laws. Activities Committee

Our Activities Committee aids in the promotion of events and fundraisers. Schedule the dates, times, locations and events of our Chamber. There are subcommittees and additional sub committees may be formed in order to help facilitate additional events that may be added. Current sub committees include Community Enhancements, Historical, Marketing, WebPage/Cyberspace, Teen Ambassador Program and Home Town Mentor Program Committee Chair: Cecelia Jenkins
